Rosemead Artificial Grass Installation provides artificial grass installation and related services, including residential turf installation, commercial turf installation, pet-friendly turf, putting green turf, playground turf, turf maintenance, landscaping turf, sports turf supply, rooftop garden turf, drought-tolerant turf, and synthetic lawn turf. Services are provided in Rosemead, CA and surrounding communities in Los Angeles County. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Final project costs may differ from the estimate if site conditions discovered during work differ from those present at the time of estimate, the scope of work is changed at the customer's request, or unforeseen conditions such as buried utilities or contaminated soil require additional labor or materials.
Any changes to the original scope will be discussed with you before additional work is performed. We do not charge for additional work without prior written or verbal authorization.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability and are subject to change due to weather, material delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any scheduling changes as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in a fee to cover crew scheduling costs. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered for your project.
A deposit may be required upon project acceptance to cover material costs. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before the crew leaves your property. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of estimate.
Unpaid balances past 30 days from the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to pursue unpaid amounts through collections or legal action if necessary.
Before work begins, the customer is responsible for clearing the work area of furniture, planters, toys, and personal property, ensuring pets are kept away from the work area on installation days, notifying us of any known underground utilities, irrigation lines, or drainage systems that may be affected, and obtaining any homeowner association approvals required before work starts.
We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area or for conditions the customer failed to disclose prior to the project.
We warrant our installation workmanship for a period of one year from the project completion date. This warranty covers defects in installation quality - including seam failure, base settling caused by improper compaction, and drainage issues attributable to our work - under normal use conditions.
This warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect; pet damage beyond normal wear; damage from tree roots, flooding, or extreme weather events; or issues caused by changes made to the installation by the customer or a third party after completion.
Manufacturer warranties on turf materials are separate from our installation warranty and are governed by the manufacturer's own terms. We will provide manufacturer warranty documentation upon request.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rosemead Artificial Grass Installation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or these terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rosemead Artificial Grass Installation and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your failure to disclose material site conditions, your modification of our work after completion, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations related to the project.

If a dispute arises between you and Rosemead Artificial Grass Installation related to our services or these terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us directly at team@rosemeadartificialgrass.com.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
